Los Cabos Drumsticks Introduce Nylon Tips Models to Their Red Hickory Line

Los Cabos Drumsticks celebrate the New Year with the addition of two new models to their growing catalog of sticks, mallets and percussion accessories – Red Hickory 5A and 5B nylon tip drumsticks.  

“We decided to expand our range of nylon tip models after receiving numerous requests from both artists and customers,” said Matt Carter, director of artist relations and marketing for Los Cabos Drumsticks.  “As the popularity of our red hickory line continues to grow, these two new models will help us make the line even more appealing to a broader range of players.”

Producing drumsticks with respect to the environment has been one of the company’s mandates since the beginning.  Los Cabos Drumsticks were the first stick manufacturer to introduce a complete line of sticks made from the heartwood of a hickory plant. The resulting red hickory line of sticks allows the company to use a greater portion of the wood from each tree harvested than any other manufacturer.
