
The MikeDolbear.com Young Drummer of the Year competition 2012 is in full swing. The competition, launched at this years London Drum Show, has recieved high numbers of entries. The final 40 have already been short listed. A press release from Mike Dolbear reads:
This year we had our record number of entries with 537 entries and a judging panel of four teachers and players has selected the final 40 from a very high standard.
Please note that the final 40 is in no particular order.
The final 10 will be judged by a panel of 6 professional drum teachers and players from various genres from this list of 40 and will be announced here on December 1st.
This year’s final is Sunday February 5th 2012 at the Spa center Leamington Spa.
